In this book, which can be read both from the front and from the back, Katharina Grosse documents two exhibitions which follow each other immediately. The cyclical conception of the book allows insight in her way of working: the mesh of most diverse work methods and the cyclical entanglement of her painting, combining contradicting opposites and making the works experienceable. Jean-Charles Vergne contributes a text on violence and aggression in Grosse’s work.
